I called this morning 8/29/17 to get and appt as a new patient for extreme tooth pain as I am terrified of the dentist I have been avoiding this issue for sometime. I called many other offices that couldn't get me in for 1month, 2months 3 weeks. So my last called was Reily dental the lady said she could get me an appt for 12. So I get there fill out my paper work the office manger was there and was so sweet and nice to me! And Dr. Jordan and his staff were amazing I could not be more pleased with the service I got and he even removed the tooth for me they eased all my fears !!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH
My experience there was great. Since the moment I talked to the receptionist to when they put anesthesia, to the moment I walked out. The helped me within 10 mins of being there and treated me with complete professionalism and were super friendly. I recommend Dr. Jordan and Dr. Havey to anyone. They made sure that my anesthesia had kicked in prior procedure. If I still felt pain they waited and provided me with more. Disregard comments below from ignorant people.
The last two times I’ve visited, I’ve been in tears. Dr. Jordan is not the most gentle dentist and you may hear a yelp from another customer, too. As advanced as technology is, I refuse to continue to visit this dentist and be in pain.
Started to drill without my tooth being numb. Acted like it was my fault when I jumped in pain. Tried to tell me it was all in my head because I was nervous. Finally gave me more Novocain and acted annoyed saying "This is it... this is all I can give you." Luckily, I ended up getting numb and got the procedure completed but not without pain and belittling. My kids and I will not be going back.
My 6 year old was to get oral surgery and was told not to eat after midnight...his bedtime is 830 they had his appointment at noon he wasn't aloud anything to eat or drink at the last minute bout 30 minutes b4 he was to be there they call and push it to 1 ...when I tell them no because he hasn't eaten in over 12 hours they told me my kids were no longer aloud to go there if I missed it...so I have taken them to a better place..
Everyone in this office helped me at one point and saved me so much money as I came over here from California.
